Hunting
To hunt in the State of Victoria you require both a firearm and hunting license. Please note, should you be a Non-Resident a three month prior notice is required for an import permit should you wish to bring and use your own firearm. We do hold suitable firearms onsite for hunting which are available for a daily fee.
Firearm Licensing.
To hunt with a firearm in the State of Victoria you must hold a current, valid Deer Hunting Firearm License. The Licensing Regulation Division can be contacted by email at licensingregulation@police.vic.gov.au Or by telephone on: 1300 651645
Hunting License.
To hunt in the State of Victoria you must hold a current, valid Victorian Game License from the Game Management Authority for Deer Hunting. What to bring for when hunting or fishing.
* Warm hunting clothing, waterproof hunting clothing and thermals for Spring, Autumn and Winter
* Torch, Binoculars, Camera and any Personal equipment you may wish to have on you
* Fishing gear, ( Should you have your own which you'd prefer to use )
* Stout bush-walking boots and Knee high gaiters
Self Guided Hunting.
Should you wish to stay on the Estate and "do your own thing" we offer a pick up and drop off service for a fee which is dependent upon locations ect.
Insurance.
Alpine Wolf strongly suggests that you take out Full Personal and Accident Insurance Cover for Yourself / Your Party prior to departure. As whilst all reasonable care shall be taken, hunting / fishing is potentially a hazardous activity and Alpine Wolf, Staff and Associates Shall Not be held responsible for any loss or injury that may take place during your time here. All who book any Hunting or Fishing activity shall be forwarded / issued our Terms & Conditions along with Indemnity Forms prior to your Hunt or Fishing commencing.

Legal requirements Fish in the State of Victoria, Australia.
To fish in any Victorian water way a current Victorian fishing license is required. These are easily and readily available for both long, and short term periods. They can be secured online prior to arrival HERE, or on arrival in Harrietville.
